High-speed differential signaling requires a secured, perfectly clean connection. Ensure the flat flexible cable (FFC) or round wire harness is completely seated in the FI-RE51S connector, and clean the contacts with isopropyl alcohol if necessary.

This points to a physical connection issue on the high-speed lines. Unplug the 51-pin FFC, clean the golden fingers with isopropyl alcohol, and reseat it securely into the connector block.
Use lanes A, B, C, and D for each channel, supporting 16.7 million colors.
Never connect or disconnect a 51-pin LVDS cable while the power supply is active. The high current from the VCC pins can easily arc to adjacent low-voltage data pins, frying the display scaler IC instantly.
